The film manufacturer has consulted with us about wanting to install an existing clean booth in another factory due to the transfer of filter manufacturing. Issues: 1. The installation space is limited, so the existing booth cannot be installed in its original shape. 2. There are diagonal braces (structural building materials) protruding in part of the installation area, causing interference with the ceiling. 3. The access route to the new installation site is narrow.

I proposed to take detailed measurements of the relocation site and make significant changes to the size to fit the location. For the building's roof, part of it will be modified by the customer, and for the sections of the slanted brace beams that cannot be altered, the clean booth's height will be adjusted to fit. For areas where the reduction creates openings, new frames and panels will be added to design it according to the room at the relocation site. Points: 1. Minimal modifications to fit the relocation room. Only the necessary booths will be installed (reducing the number of rooms from 6 to 3) to fit within the specified space. 2. Part of the ceiling height will be lowered from H2400 to H2073, creating a stepped structure to avoid interference with the building. 3. The delivery route will be checked in advance, and both the booth and air shower will be disassembled to a size that allows for transport.
