We proposed to create a clean booth designed to fit the shape of the injection molding machine. This will prevent contact with outside air, cover the line up to packaging, and resolve foreign matter adhesion issues. 1. Focus on surrounding the injection area with Kamata Industrial's original aluminum frame. 2. Use anti-static transparent PVC material around the perimeter to prevent dust adhesion and allow visibility inside the booth. 3. Utilize 7 FFU fan units to achieve a cleanroom environment with a cleanliness class of 10,000. 4. Install an air shower at the entrance and exit for personnel to prevent dust generation from people. 5. Install an automatic aluminum shutter in the ceiling for mold changes.
