A customer manufacturing intermediate materials from chemical fibers expressed concerns about the extreme rise in warehouse temperatures during the summer, which could lead to the deterioration of stored products. They consulted us about implementing temperature management as part of their quality improvement efforts, coinciding with the new introduction of automatic filling and packaging lines. Issues: 1. The temperature must be kept below 29°C even during the hottest summer days. 2. The entire building has a large space, and managing the temperature throughout would require enormous costs. 3. The first floor contains a small bag packaging room and a product storage warehouse, while the second floor has equipment for cutting from the production line and transporting to the warehouse, necessitating an opening for a crane between the two floors. 4. During the construction period, the installation and setup of the newly introduced automatic filling machine and packaging line are scheduled, requiring careful planning.
