We would like to differentiate the colors of the stopper ball chains for each drainage line so that they are easily recognizable at a glance, but we have been consulted because we cannot find a surface treatment that meets the following conditions. Issues: 1. We want to apply a simple color differentiation with more than 5 colors (small lot for each color). 2. Short delivery time and low cost. 3. Must withstand high-temperature environments (150°C) due to radiant heat. 4. Need chemical resistance as we are handling corrosive fluids (acids).

It was suggested to use a fluororesin coating with heat resistance even in an environment of 150℃ for color coding. Points: 1. Can be handled with a short lead time. 2. Since it is a baked coating, good adhesion can be achieved. 3. It will be color-coded in six colors: green, blue, black, brown, light silver, and gun metallic.
