The spray pyrolysis device that utilizes radiant heat for drying by creating a high-temperature atmosphere inside the furnace required high energy costs due to its heat source being a heater, making scale-up difficult. The production-type spray pyrolysis device replaced the heat source with gas, adopted a jacket structure around the reaction furnace, and enabled the circulation of hot air, allowing for mass production while reducing energy costs compared to conventional machines.
