[Stainless Steel & Resin Housing] Conventional valves often have a painted iron exterior, which can lead to paint peeling and rust over time, contributing to contamination of the manufacturing environment. The ELEMENT process valve was developed with the concept of keeping the external environment "clean," in addition to the traditional durability required of valves. The exterior is composed of PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide resin) and stainless steel, with no painted parts. This results in excellent corrosion resistance, minimizing rust formation and maintaining a clean environment. [Consideration for Cleanability & Easy Installation] Efforts have been made to eliminate the routing of air tubes and uneven surfaces as much as possible, making it difficult for debris to accumulate and providing high cleanability. Additionally, by using resin materials while ensuring durability, the weight is less than half that of conventional glove-type control valves, reducing safety risks associated with attaching heavy objects to piping. [Weld Connection Available for Piping] Weld connection specifications are available, allowing for the elimination of connection points on the valve. This enables complete prevention of fluid leakage from connection points. Furthermore, maintenance can be performed without removing the valve body, making valve replacement easy.
