We accept custom orders for welded pipes made of stainless steel, titanium, and nickel alloys in non-standard sizes, with thicknesses ranging from 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm, starting from just one piece.
Our welded pipes are made by cutting and roll forming from sheet material, using the microplasma welding method. We perform welding without filler material, using a butt joint shape. The beads have minimal unevenness and distortion, achieving high precision and receiving positive feedback. Features: - We can manufacture within a thickness range of 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm. - We can accommodate production starting from just one piece. - In addition to stainless steel, we can also manufacture using special materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, and nickel. - We can produce and ship in as little as two business days. - All production is done in-house. Applications: - We can accommodate vacuum products through helium leak testing and precision cleaning. - We manufacture welded pipes for vacuum insulation containers, crucibles, floats, prototypes, development items, and custom products according to the application and required quantity.

Nissei Kiko Co., Ltd. has been engaged in precision welding processing, primarily focusing on stainless steel foil materials (ultra-thin materials), for 40 years since the founder encountered 0.05 mm butt welding, with the motto of being a pioneer in precision welding. In addition to stainless steel, we also handle welding of pipes with butt joints of 1.0 mm or less in materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, and Inconel, and we provide contract processing for precision equipment parts, including vacuum devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ultra-low temperature devices, fuel cells, and nuclear-related components, from welding to assembly. From prototype development with a single piece to batch production of several hundred pieces, we offer precision, accuracy, and sincerity with the nimbleness characteristic of a small factory.
