NF-5340 is a new type of surface treatment that offers high hardness and excellent release properties. Due to its high hardness, significant improvements in wear resistance and scratch resistance during cleaning compared to conventional fluoropolymer coatings are expected. Additionally, its release properties for high-viscosity materials demonstrate superior characteristics compared to fluoropolymer coatings. Traditionally, surface roughening coatings via thermal spraying (e.g., tack-free coatings) have often been used for high-viscosity materials, but NF-5340 achieves both "high release properties" and "smooth surface characteristics."
