Filmix® is a mixer (dispersion stirring device) that enables sharp particle size distribution and micronization to nanometer sizes, which was difficult with conventional high-speed stirrers. It significantly shortens development time through emulsification and dispersion in seconds for battery device manufacturing, such as lithium-ion batteries and capacitors. The 56-L model is capable of both batch and continuous operation on a tabletop. This single unit can be compactly used from research and development to small-scale production.
