A film applicator that allows you to adjust the coating thickness with a micrometer. It features the ability to apply paint or ink neatly without any overflow from the sides, matching the coating width. - Coating widths are available in 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 mm. - The gap can be freely adjusted from 0 to 3500 μm. - Variable adjustments can be made in increments of 10 μm, with a gap accuracy of ±2 μm. This is very convenient for setting conditions. The magnetic scraper can be easily removed, making post-use cleaning very simple. Additionally, the B/M type comes with a paint pouring guide, which creates a puddle of paint (sample) in front of the scraper, ensuring a continuous supply of paint during application for a more stable coating without interruptions. The paint pouring guide is also easy to remove for straightforward cleaning. It can be used manually, as well as in conjunction with an automatic film applicator (tabletop coater).
