The "Small Automatic Film Applicator" is a new type of coating machine (desktop automatic coater) that miniaturizes the "100 Series" and enhances functionality. The coating distance is up to A4 size. The coating speed ranges from 1 to 200 mm/s, allowing for a wide range of speed adjustments from low to high. The "100 Series" is an automatic film applicator (desktop automatic coater). It can be operated via a touch panel, and the sample size can be set freely up to "A3 size." Additionally, the coating speed can be adjusted in increments of 1 mm per second. The "Coating Drying Time Measurement Device" is a product used to measure the time it takes for paint to change from a wet film to a dry film. A measuring needle is set on top of the paint applied at a constant film thickness, and the needle moves a distance of 300mm according to the set time. During this time, the paint gradually dries, causing changes in the state of the film after the needle has advanced. At the point where the state of the film changes, the time scale on the left side of the main unit is read to check the time for each stage.
