Ladle made of high heat-resistant shock-resistant ceramics [Can be used semi-permanently!]
Usable at 1000℃ for semi-permanent periods! With an almost zero thermal expansion rate, it has excellent thermal shock resistance.
Maruwai Yano Ceramics' aluminum titanate products have an almost zero thermal expansion rate, which prevents cracking even with temperature changes, allowing for semi-permanent use. In operations below approximately 1000°C, such as in aluminum casting sites, they achieve cost reductions through decreased renewal investments and maintenance work. 【Examples of Use】 ◎ Tongs and ladles (trivets) during aluminum casting ◎ Crucibles ◎ Plates (setters/lids) ◎ Trays (baskets/trays) 【Features】 ◆ Almost zero thermal expansion rate prevents cracking and allows for semi-permanent use ◆ Withstands underwater dropping from 1000°C 【For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us】

Our company was founded in 1887 (Meiji 20) in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, a town known for its ceramics industry, as Yamato Ceramics. In 1957 (Showa 32), we relocated to our current location as Maruwai Yano Ceramics Co., Ltd., where we conducted further research on product materials and molding methods, leading to the production of items such as firing tubes, electric resistance bobbins, and insulators. Furthermore, we offer a variety of materials to meet all industrial needs, including alumina, magnesia, steatite, mullite, cordierite, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, and zirconia. In response to the increasing demand for ultra-high temperatures, we manufacture heat-resistant and insulating parts for industrial and household equipment, including insulators for electric heaters, using various materials.
