The quartz fiber is coated with PVC for secondary protection, and FC or SMA fiber connectors are applied to both ends. You can choose between UV-VIS type (180~1150nm) and VIS-NIR type (340~2500nm) based on the functional wavelength range. Both types are available in six variations with core diameters ranging from 50μm to 1mm. The diameter of the ferrule (made of stainless steel) is 2.5mm for the FC connector type and 3.175mm for the SMA connector type, while the diameter of the secondary coating (PVC) is 4.76mm (common). The fiber ends are finished with flat polishing. The total length is 1.5m (common). The operating temperature is -40 to +110℃.
