This is a tube that allows anyone to easily construct an optical system using objective lenses. You can choose between a camera mount type and an eyepiece mount type. The camera mount type (A in the photo on the left) is a tube designed to align the position (image point) of the image (real image) obtained from a microscope objective lens (DIN standard) with the sensor plane of a C-mount video camera. It has the appropriate tube length, which is the optical tube length (OTL) of the DIN standard microscope objective lens minus the flange back distance of 17.5 (26) mm for the C-mount.
