Developed and manufactured a micro-volume liquid dispenser utilizing know-how for high-precision control of trace liquids.
When handling liquid samples or pharmaceuticals with analytical instruments, medical devices, or other equipment, this is the equipment used to connect or incorporate into those devices. It is also possible to provide liquid handling equipment with optimal functionality by combining these units with modified, changed, or newly designed ones.

Detailed information
-
X-Y-Z drive mechanism This is a mechanism that allows a sampling nozzle, which aspirates and dispenses samples or reagents from vials installed in the sample tray, to move simultaneously in the X (left-right), Y (front-back), and Z (up-down) directions to access vials at designated positions.
-
Sampling nozzle It is a nozzle used to aspirate and discharge samples or reagents. The shape of the nozzle tip varies depending on the application.
-
Syringe pump unit It connects to the sampling nozzle via a flexible tube from the syringe of the unit, and is used for the suction and discharge of samples and reagents.
-
Micropump It has the same function as a syringe pump unit, but it can aspirate and dispense samples and reagents with higher precision.
-
Sample tray Set vials containing samples or reagents and attach them to the liquid handling equipment.
-
Control board communicates with a computer connected to liquid handling equipment and controls the operation of the equipment.
-
Switching valve unit. It is a unit for switching the flow path of liquid passing through the piping of the equipment.
-
Nozzle cleaning unit This is a unit designed to clean the interior and exterior surfaces of the nozzle and piping to prevent any residues that may remain after aspirating and dispensing samples or reagents with the sampling nozzle from affecting the next sample or reagent.
