Rapid and accurate measurement of the absorption and desorption of water and other vapors.
The IGA SORP moisture adsorption and desorption measurement device automatically measures the moisture adsorption and desorption on material surfaces using a gravimetric method, making it suitable for isothermal experiments and isochoric experiments, as well as for analysis in research and development and quality control. Using a high-precision balance, it automatically measures the moisture content under the set temperature and humidity conditions.

"Features" - The ultra-high sensitivity microbalance (resolution 0.05μg), which is the heart of the device, measures sample weight as a function of humidity and temperature. - PD feedback control using temperature and humidity sensors located close to the sample. - The balance is designed with an asymmetric geometry to maximize mass change and minimize noise. - Excellent thermal environment and anti-static environment. - Stable humidity control through laminar flow. - Adaptable to both water vapor and organic vapor, allowing for easy decontamination and exchange of adsorbents. - Unique cell for measuring moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR). - Small footprint. "Specifications" - Maximum capacity: 5g (including weighing pan). - Measurement range: 25/200/1000mg (switchable range). - Balance analysis capability: 0.05μg at 200mg range. - Humidity setting range: 0–95% rh (the humidity range varies depending on the set temperature). - Temperature setting range: 5–45℃ (IGA SORP type) or 5–85℃ (IGA SORP CT type).
