A shaftless conveyor that enables transportation over 30 meters with just one unit! Additionally, it requires no intermediate bearings and is completely sealed, significantly reducing maintenance labor!
A conveyor using a spiral (shaftless screw). Since it is cantilevered only on the gearbox side, no intermediate bearings are required. The spiral is manufactured by the Italian company MILLE and has over 10 years of experience for both government and private sectors. The standard material for the spiral is Swedish steel, and it can also be made of stainless steel. It is possible to sell the spiral as a standalone product. It is also possible to replace the interior of existing screw conveyor casings with the spiral while leaving the casing itself intact. It is completely sealed, making it suitable for odor control during the transport of dewatered sludge and screenings.
