Outstanding performance in the movement, transfer, and transportation of heavy objects.
It consists of a frame body and an endless roller, with the endless roller (composed of rollers, pins, and link plates) wrapped around the center plate of the frame body. If we replace its operating principle with that of a general bearing, the center plate corresponds to the inner race, the rollers correspond to the balls, the link plates and pins correspond to the cage, and the ground surface corresponds to the outer race.

basic information
- Stable transport with a low center of gravity The main body is low, which minimizes the need for jacking up the transported items, allowing for stable transport with a low center of gravity. - Compact and powerful With multiple rollers supporting the load, it boasts a high load capacity while remaining compact. - Tough and long-lasting The main frame is welded with a top plate structure, providing exceptional rigidity and durability. Additionally, the heat treatment of key components offers excellent wear resistance. - Variety of plastic roller types available The plastic rollers are less likely to scratch the running surface (generally the ground), and the overall weight is about half that of steel rollers, making it easy to carry. The running noise of plastic rollers is quieter than that of steel rollers, with no unpleasant metallic sounds. *Please avoid direct sunlight with plastic roller types. - Abundant options We offer a range of options that can be tailored to your specific needs. - Light operation By adopting rollers with high roundness based on the same operating principle as bearings, rolling resistance is reduced, allowing for the transport of heavy items with minimal effort.
