- The standard LithoLoops are broadly classified into three types: circular, elliptical, and mesh. Please choose according to the size and shape of the protein crystals for X-ray diffraction measurements. - The loop diameter of the standard circular (Round) loops ranges from 0.02 to 1.0 mm. - The standard elliptical loops (for columnar crystals) have loop sizes (horizontal axis X vertical axis) of 0.02X0.1mm, 0.02X0.2mm, 0.02X0.3mm, 0.05X0.5mm, and 0.1X0.5mm, totaling five types. - The standard mesh (Mesh) loops have sizes for "loop diameter, mesh line/space" of "0.06mm, 20/20 micron", "0.1mm, 20/20 micron", "0.2mm, 20/20 micron", "0.2mm, 20/40 micron", "0.2mm, 60/80 micron", "0.3mm, 20/20 micron", and "0.4mm, 20/40 micron". - The distance from the top end of the micropin to the bottom of the loop (neck length) is common to all products at 0.8 mm.
