At Maegawa Mold Co., Ltd., we develop, manufacture, and sell temperature controllers for plastic injection molding molds. Leveraging over 60 years of experience in mold manufacturing and maintenance, along with our newly added temperature control device manufacturing, we are expanding various technical collaborations to better meet the needs of our customers. Our flagship product, the temperature controller, adopts continuous proportional phase control without any ON/OFF control, moving away from traditional SSR control, enabling finer temperature control. This allows us to integrate mold technology and temperature control technology for comprehensive mold maintenance, achieving stable mold temperature control at 400°C by merging advanced temperature control technology with heater and sensor technology.
