By multiplexing the rolling surface and adopting small-diameter rollers, the number of rollers is approximately five times greater compared to the conventional cross roller ring "RU." While maintaining compactness, rigidity and precision have been improved, and torque reduction has also been achieved. Additionally, the integral structure of the inner and outer rings is equipped with mounting holes, allowing for direct fixation to the device.

Both the inner and outer rings are equipped with mounting bolt holes, and by optimally designing the size and number of these holes, deformation of the rolling surface due to installation can be minimized, resulting in stable rotational performance. Additionally, improvements in machining precision enable high rotational accuracy. ○ Low torque → The adoption of small-diameter rollers reduces the friction coefficient, achieving low torque and low temperature rise characteristics. ○ Increased rigidity → While maintaining almost the same dimensions as conventional products*, the number of raceway rows has been doubled and a DB structure has been implemented, enhancing rigidity. * THK's cross roller ring RU type
