It consists of the main body, which includes the "raw liquid (sample liquid) supply section," "ultrasonic atomization section," "carrier air gas introduction section," "heating decomposition reaction section," "microparticle collection section," and "exhaust gas treatment section," as well as the "control panel section" that controls the ultrafine particle generation process. 【Features】 ○ The ultrasonic atomization method provides stable droplet shapes and sizes of atomized microparticles compared to the spray nozzle atomization method. ○ The ultrasonic transducer and the raw liquid (atomization solution) can atomize even raw liquids containing substances like nitric acid without damaging the transducer, thanks to a specially structured separation membrane. ○ Each part can be removed, making cleaning easy. → The atomization amount for each atomization unit can be adjusted. ○ Each unit of the ultrasonic atomization section operates independently, allowing for flow rate adjustments of the carrier gas for each unit. ○ The amount of carrier gas to the reactor core tube is less than that required for the spray nozzle atomization method, resulting in superior pyrolysis efficiency.
