This is a multifunction machine that combines surface image inspection for fine scratches and other defects, dimension measurement, and tray packing functions. It is equipped with a rotary module head that has 16 suction nozzles, allowing for appearance inspection during high-speed transfer. The supply side can accommodate various forms such as sheet rings, bulk items, and tray storage. The storage side sorts items into OK/NG after appearance inspection, storing them in trays, and it can also handle the storage of NG items into trays or box discharge. *Optionally, a loader/unloader can be installed.
