By constructing the liquid contact part with non-metallic fluororesins (such as very high-strength resins like PEEK and PTFE), it has become possible to incorporate it into transfer systems for liquids that are averse to metal ions, as well as highly corrosive liquids such as strong acids and strong alkalis. Due to its high strength, it achieves performance that is comparable to metal materials (for metering pumps: ■ flow deviation / ±0.1% * for clean water, at 5 R.P.M. or higher, at 1 MPa ■ pressure resistance / 8 MPa * for PEEK specifications).
