The additional installation of the Brodisk has resolved the funnel flow.

We received an order for three Brody Disk Minis (including a controller) from an engineering company as a measure to address the discharge issues of a small hopper. After installation at the user's factory, the initial problems were improved; however, it was still experiencing funnel flow, and they consulted us about wanting to achieve as much mass flow as possible. After reviewing the powder specifications and the hopper drawings, we proposed adding three more Brody Disk Minis above the three that were already installed. After the addition, the funnel flow was resolved, and they have been using it smoothly. Even after adding the Brody Disk Minis, the existing controller was sufficient, keeping the total cost limited.
