【Precision Vices】 We offer a variety of precision vices, ranging from high-end precision vices made from SKS high alloy steel to more affordable precision vices made from SK tool steel, as well as precision vices made from martensitic stainless steel SUS440 for EDM. Since these are domestically stocked items, we can deliver them in a short lead time. All steel materials used are made in Japan, and we perform vacuum hardening and sub-zero treatment at -185°C (for SKS precision vices and stainless steel vices). Both parallelism and perpendicularity are of high precision, comparable to Japanese-made precision vices, and all precision vices come with inspection certificates. 【Punch Formers】 The punch formers for shaping punches are available not only in manual types but also in electric types, center types, and waterproof stainless steel versions, offering a wide range of options. While the electric type cannot perform indexing, the manual type allows for not only rotation but also single-function indexing and arbitrary angle settings.

We propose to our customers our main products, including a patented Taiwanese 5-axis machining center self-centering vise, magnetic vises using electromagnetic and permanent magnet methods, and datum system wire-cutting vises. These products are already being used by customers worldwide, including in Europe and the United States, and they are not only excellent in improving productivity but also highly compatible with automation. In Japan, we have many customers ranging from major manufacturers to small and medium-sized enterprises, including machine tool manufacturers, who have adopted our products. Our goal is to introduce more of these excellent overseas products, particularly from Taiwan, which are still not well-known in Japan, to a larger number of Japanese customers, thereby contributing to the improvement of their productivity and alleviating labor shortages.
