It is easy to continuously measure thickness just by setting the film. Measurements can be taken with a resolution of 0.01μm. The measured data can be transferred to a PC or printed out. We can also customize specifications to match the measurement objects, so please feel free to consult us if you have any measurement concerns. We also offer free rental of demo units. We have newly released the FT-A300, which is a model change from the FT-A200. It is a high-precision measuring instrument with improved operability and enhanced stability. Additionally, there is a special type for thin films, the FT-A300HR. Options include a chart printer, PC, feeding rollers, and a winding device.
