Durable and does not cause steam leakage! Condensate discharge device.
"Steam Z" is a non-breakable condensate discharge device that replaces conventional steam traps. It is an orifice-type steam trap that discharges drain from the steam pipe to the outside. The continuously open circular hole (fixed orifice type) allows for continuous drainage. Its simple structure, along with being lightweight and compact, helps reduce space, installation costs, and running costs. In the "Super High Capacity" model, we offer the "LOTUS Z" for high pressure and ultra-large capacity applications. 【Features】 ■ No valve body, making it less prone to breakage ■ Significantly reduces maintenance costs and has high durability ■ Continuous discharge prevents water hammer ■ Designed to guarantee 100% drain discharge according to the drain volume ■ Simple structure allows for small diameter and space-saving design For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Z Engineering Co., Ltd. is a company that handles the orifice-type drain discharge system "STEAM·Z." We have overcome the shortcomings that were considered weak against fluctuations in drain volume. When the maximum discharge drain volume is set to 100%, it does not leak steam even if the drain volume decreases to 25% (1/4). It almost does not leak steam even if it decreases to 12.5% (1/8). Based on the manufacturing and sales of "STEAM·Z," we aim to achieve a decarbonized society. We will work on quality improvement through obtaining ISO 9001 certification. *It has been selected as a recipient of subsidies from NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization). *We received the Edogawa Ward Industrial Award for the fiscal year 2016.
