The SCD company's InGaAs detector is a high-sensitivity and unique product that achieves excellent quantum efficiency and low readout noise. It is suitable for low-light imaging in scenes with limited light, such as at night, and for capturing images that penetrate smoke and haze, which are characteristic of the SWIR region. It is ideal for applications that require high performance under harsh environmental conditions. The pixel count is available in two types: VGA (15µm pitch) and SXGA (10µm pitch), with the VGA type also offering a camera core type with an easy-to-integrate video engine. Made in Israel, it is ITAR-free in the United States and available domestically.
