SCD, a global infrared detector manufacturer with solutions for all SWIR to LWIR, offers a high-sensitivity, non-cooled VOx microbolometer that achieves Low-SWaP-C (small size, lightweight, low power consumption, low cost). The VOx microbolometer, which achieves a high sensitivity NETD of <35mK, is available in two pixel formats: VGA/XGA (17µm pitch). The VGA type can be selected from two wavelengths: LWIR (long-wave infrared) (8-14µm) or BroadBand (2-4, 8-14µm). There is also a camera core type with a video engine, ideal for OEMs (shutterless and TEC-less). [Made in Israel / ITAR-free]
