We primarily handle high-quality adzuki beans, carefully selected from both domestic and international sources, focusing on the Eri mo variety. Our criteria for selecting adzuki beans are based on four points: "good taste," "low pesticide use," "stable harvest yield," and "Eri mo variety." Additionally, we strive to deliver the highest quality bean paste by using adzuki beans that are meticulously selected not only by region but also by variety and grade. We use beans that are as low in pesticides as possible and healthy. We obtain pesticide residue inspection certificates for all beans used.
