Filmix® is a mixer (dispersion stirring device) that enables sharp particle size distribution and micronization to nanometer sizes, which was difficult with conventional high-speed stirrers. It significantly shortens development time for battery device manufacturing, such as lithium-ion batteries and capacitors, through emulsification and dispersion in seconds. The 56-L model can operate in both batch and continuous modes on a tabletop. Once the conditions are set in batch mode, continuous experiments can be conducted by setting up a line.
