■Fast Processing with FEM FEM (Finite Element Method) utilizes hexahedra, tetrahedra, or other element shapes to reproduce geometries, making it excellent for describing complex parts and ideal for simulating thin-walled components. Compared to FDM (Finite Difference Method), it can quickly derive analysis results. ■Automatic Mesh Generation It automatically repairs even in the presence of small gaps, lost faces, or overlapping faces. ■Gate and System Design Design work can be performed just like drawing on paper. Gate template data is also registered, making gate design easy. Quick conversion to 3D CAD is possible, and modifications to gate width, draft angle, runners, etc., can be made at any design stage. Full gate systems can also be created in a short time. ■Fast Analysis Function (CPI) It can detect areas where filling and solidification may occur concerning the specified gate and overflow design. It can be used by die casters, mold manufacturers, and part designers, reducing product development and mold revision time. In addition to FEM-based analysis, CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) solvers allow for more precise flow analysis and understanding of gas entrapment.
