It achieves high throughput and cost performance required in mass production environments, making it ideal for 100% inspection of multi-layer sheet products such as pre-laminated inlays and RFID antennas before IC mounting. Furthermore, it supports the stable shipment of high-quality IC cards and tags. The inspection head can be custom-made to match the coil design of the measurement target. With a compact design, it can also be integrated into production equipment such as chip mounters. When integrated into the production line, it can output PASS/FAIL judgments from 1CH to 32CH via I/O.
