This is a product development training utilizing the 3X4 cross-design management method, which has a proven track record at industrial testing centers and seminars hosted by chambers of commerce across the country.
Many small and medium-sized manufacturing companies are struggling with new market development and new product development. Even when it comes to product development, they often don't know where to start... they are unsure how to sell and deliver products to customers... We hear many such voices. Design is part of product development, but due to the difficulty of assessing aesthetics, it has often been viewed as a black box. However, it is also a function that can listen to both manufacturing and sales voices. From that perspective, we have developed a method called "3x4" (considering the circumstances of people, products, and distribution/sales in four steps) that looks at the interconnected aspects of manufacturing, users, and distribution. We have a proven track record of consulting across various industries and development levels, and there are no other training programs that make results visible through design. Companies struggling with customer satisfaction and profit achievement are encouraged to contact us.
