The "full flat door," which maintains the lightweight opening and closing and excellent airtightness characteristic of Sanwaise's cleanroom doors, is the ultimate form of cleanroom doors, pursuing ease of cleaning and prevention of airflow disturbance. ✔ It is a full flat door that eliminates the recesses in the viewing window area, protrusions of the window frame and hinges, and most protrusions except for the handle and key insertion point. ✔ With no unnecessary protrusions, dust, dirt, and powder are less likely to accumulate, making cleaning easy. ✔ The frame has the same depth dimension as the door, so it does not protrude from the door. ✔ The interior of the door is made of aluminum extrusions and insulation material, while the surface is made of ultra-thin 0.4 mm steel plate, making it super lightweight. ✔ The frame and door are tightly sealed with gaskets, ensuring airtightness. *Note 1: There are limitations on the dimensions that can be manufactured for hinges without protrusions. *Note 2: This applies when the outer frame is made of aluminum extrusions. It is also possible to manufacture with steel or stainless steel frames to match the wall thickness, but in that case, the frame and door will not be flat.

The door developed with an awareness of hygiene management in GMP is the full flat door. We pursued ease of cleaning and focused on a flat and smooth structure to eliminate any irregularities to the utmost extent, preventing the accumulation of powders and other debris. Standard specifications include hardware that can be built into the door, except for handles and locks, and we use a specialized double-glazed glass for the observation window that is flush with both sides of the door. This door reduces the time required for cleaning and is designed for a light and comfortable opening and closing, making it optimal for GMP and comfortable for users.
