Flush doors typically have minimal protrusions, but when hardware such as hinges, door checks, or peepholes are added, they can create uneven surfaces where dust and debris may accumulate. In clean rooms, even slight protrusions can disrupt airflow. Full flat doors minimize these irregularities as much as possible, maintaining a clean environment that is easy to clean while being mindful of GMP standards. The double-glazed peephole*1 is frameless and flat, and the hinges and door checks are integrated into the door itself*2, ensuring a flat surface. Additionally, the standard aluminum outer frame is exactly the same thickness as the door itself, maintaining a flat appearance. Only the handle for opening and the lock for securing*3 are exposed; everything else from the frame to the door is truly "full flat." This door retains the lightweight opening and closing and excellent airtightness characteristic of clean room doors while pursuing ease of cleaning and prevention of airflow disruption, representing the ultimate form of clean room doors. *1 The window is optional. *2 It can also be changed to an auto hinge as an option (it will be exposed). *3 The lock is optional.

The "full flat door," which maintains the lightweight opening and closing and excellent airtightness characteristic of Sanwaise's cleanroom doors, is the ultimate form of cleanroom doors, pursuing ease of cleaning and prevention of airflow disturbance. ✔ It is a full flat door that eliminates the recesses in the viewing window area, protrusions of the window frame and hinges, and most protrusions except for the handle and key insertion point. ✔ With no unnecessary protrusions, dust, dirt, and powder are less likely to accumulate, making cleaning easy. ✔ The frame has the same depth dimension as the door, so it does not protrude from the door. ✔ The interior of the door is made of aluminum extrusions and insulation material, while the surface is made of ultra-thin 0.4 mm steel plate, making it super lightweight. ✔ The frame and door are tightly sealed with gaskets, ensuring airtightness. *Note 1: There are limitations on the dimensions that can be manufactured for hinges without protrusions. *Note 2: This applies when the outer frame is made of aluminum extrusions. It is also possible to manufacture with steel or stainless steel frames to match the wall thickness, but in that case, the frame and door will not be flat.
