The B4 Nonstop is an applicator that melts and dispenses only the necessary amount of moisture-reactive PUR hot melt, which is packaged in aluminum foil, from the bottom gradually. No need for dry air supply or nitrogen purging into the tank! No downtime during replacement like with drum or pail can melters! The cooling fan suppresses the temperature rise in the non-melted parts of the hot melt. 【Features】 ■ Only the aluminum foil packaging on the bottom is cut, making it difficult for the unused part to come into contact with outside air. ■ The cooling fan suppresses temperature rise, reducing thermal damage to the unused part. ■ The diameter of the aluminum foil packaging that can be installed is up to 130mm. ■ Temperature control is supported from 40 to 200°C. ■ The speed of the motor/pump can be controlled manually or automatically. *For more details, please refer to the catalog.
