  Humidity and temperature sensors can be used according to their purpose. At Syscom, we have designed sensor cables to measure humidity and temperature in various environments. By selecting the appropriate sensor cable for the measurement environment, you can achieve humidity and temperature measurements that were previously impossible. We use high-precision capacitive sensors, the SHT35 from Sensirion and the HYT939 from IST. We offer a variety of cables to suit different measurement environments.

  Sensirion SHT35 Detachable Flexible Type [SHT35-FL-180] This is an ultra-thin and compact detachable sensor with a flexible cable section of 200μm and a sensor section of 1mm thickness. We have developed a flexible substrate that can accommodate the sensor. The flexible substrate section, which is 180mm long, is designed to be detachable. It can be used in very narrow spaces, allowing the performance of the SHT35 to remain intact while significantly expanding the measurement environment. It can be attached and used on the cable section.

  The ultra-compact sensor element SHT35 is mounted on a dedicated board. With a sensor head width of 4mm, it can measure in narrow spaces. The measurement accuracy is ±1.5% with a capacitive type, allowing for high-precision measurements. It also features a filter to protect the element. This is a standard type sensor cable that can be used stably.

  IST HYT939 is a temperature and humidity sensor that excels in water and pressure resistance. It is equipped with a sintered metal filter, allowing it to be used in harsh environments, and it demonstrates its capabilities even in normal conditions due to its high-precision capacitive sensor. This sensor can provide stable data acquisition even when exposed to high humidity environments for extended periods. It is suitable for outdoor use and in condensation-prone environments. It also has gas resistance, making it capable of measuring temperature and humidity in extreme conditions.
