Since a primer is not needed, it can shorten the construction period, thereby reducing material and labor costs, making it a high cost-performance paint. 【Features】 ○ A primer and topcoat paint for roofs and exterior walls that excels in heat insulation, weather resistance, rust prevention, and adhesion. 〇 Heat Insulation → By using special inorganic pigments, it forms a coating that effectively reflects near-infrared rays, achieving a high solar reflectance rate that prevents heat accumulation on roofs and exterior walls. ○ Weather Resistance → Expected service life of 13 to 16 years *Based on accelerated weather resistance tests (xenon lamp method). ○ Rust Prevention → Passed 60 cycles of JIS K 5674 lead and chromium-free rust preventive paint. → Exhibits rust prevention capabilities equivalent to those of commonly used weak solvent-based rust preventive primers. 〇 Adhesion → Demonstrates excellent adhesion to various substrates. Usable on-site for all types of metal substrates. ○ Shortened Construction Period → Typical construction method = 1 coat of primer + 2 coats of topcoat, totaling 3 processes.
