New control equipped! A one-sided feed type grip feeder that can accommodate a feed length of up to 110mm.
The "G11" is a grip feeder equipped with an electromagnetic release mechanism that does not require air. It can follow a maximum material width of 120mm and a maximum press rotation speed of up to 600 spm. It features a new control system that allows for different accelerations during the grip's reciprocation. When a large feeding angle can be secured, it operates under conditions that are less likely to cause material slip compared to conventional models (GL110) (patent pending). The G series also includes the "TG4," a dual-side feeding type that can follow a press rotation speed of 1000 spm. 【Features】 ■ No air supply required ■ Maximum material width of 120mm, following a maximum press rotation speed of up to 600 spm ■ New control system with different accelerations for the grip's reciprocation ■ Operates under conditions that are less likely to cause material slip *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
