The "MS-C Series" is a high-speed roll feeder equipped with a mechanism that releases the rollers using the ram (slide) of the press machine. It is recommended for press speeds exceeding 200 spm, which are difficult to achieve with an air cylinder release mechanism. Installation requires two press synchronization signals and air piping. Due to the mechanical release mechanism, there are constraints on the ram's movement (processing stroke), and for a material thickness of 1mm, the maximum distance from the release start position to the bottom dead center is 20mm. *For even faster applications, please consider the H Series. By using a dedicated encoder, it can accommodate speeds up to 1000 spm, and the roller pressing force can also be electronically controlled.
