The "H Series" is a high-end roll feeder with a press-following rotation speed of 1000 spm. It employs an inverter-driven electromagnet for the material release mechanism, eliminating the need for air supply. This not only ensures stable release timing but also allows for numerical control of the material pressing force. The new controller automatically adjusts the acceleration based on the specified feed length and press rotation speed. Additionally, the optional unit MP6 enables multi-layer operation, and a level meter to monitor the load of the feed motor is now standard equipment.
