High precision and high functionality! An inclinometer equipped with user-friendly new features.
The "ESC3000Z" is a high-precision tilt sensor that pursues high accuracy and functionality (user-friendly). It allows for easy teaching of the 0° output position in the field. The adjustment of the horizontal position in the field, which was cumbersome with conventional inclinometers, can be completed in just 5 seconds. Additionally, it is equipped with a digital filter suitable for tilt measurement, allowing for the selection of frequency response from 16 different levels, enabling accurate tilt angle measurement even in vibrating environments. 【Features】 ■ Wide angle support: ±10° to ±80° ■ High precision: stable temperature characteristics from narrow to wide angles ■ High functionality - Tilt angle measurement possible even under vibration conditions - Easy teaching of the 0° position in the field 【Commonly used industries】 Automotive, construction vehicles, food machinery, civil engineering machinery 【Main applications】 Power seat inspection equipment, bulldozers, food processing machines, shield machines, drilling machines 【Usage examples】 Measurement/backrest angle, control/body posture, pressure cooker horizontal position, pitch, roll angle, vertical position of excavation bucket *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Since its founding in 1952, the Green Sensor has a history spanning 70 years as a pioneer of analog displacement sensors (potentiometers). While anticipating global technological advancements, we have developed high-functionality, high-quality products and contributed, albeit modestly, to the development of society. In recent years, we have realized the commercialization of digital displacement sensors (encoders) and will continue to pursue further technological innovation, aiming to evolve as a prominent company.
