A new type of knockdown fitting, "Cabineo," that enables the reduction and simplification of CNC processing and assembly labor for various cabinets and knockdown furniture.
It has the following advantages compared to conventional knockdown fittings: (1) Easy processing of the fitting attachment area (can be processed with a 3-axis CNC machine) (2) Easy attachment of the fittings (3) Even after attaching the fittings, stacking of components and efficient transportation is possible (4) Simply align with the side panel and screw in with a cordless driver to complete (5) Assembly is secure by firmly pulling the side panels together (6) Reduction in the number of workers due to decreased processing and assembly man-hours
