The raw materials are not recycled; all are new and non-toxic materials (free from phthalates regulated in Europe and the United States).

● The compressed sheets used for Expand OS can be easily set by simply inserting them into the machine. To attach the compressed sheets, the head can be rotated without having to go around, allowing for setup from the front side. ● The height of the head (tray part) can be adjusted by pressing the up and down buttons to match the operator's height or the height of the packing workbench or roller conveyor. The height of the workbench can also be changed. ● Safety is ensured by various sensors. ● When the tray part is full of Expand OS, it automatically stops, and when the Expand OS decreases even slightly, it automatically starts again to produce more Expand OS. ● A warning message regarding any malfunction will be displayed if there is an abnormality in the machine. ● By lowering the handle of the tray part, the accumulated Expand OS can be poured into the packing box on the workbench. ● It can be easily moved thanks to the casters. ● The machine needs to be inspected after using 2,000 compressed sheet packs. ● The production capacity is 0.04m³/min in 50Hz regions and 0.05m³/min in 60Hz regions. ● Machine size: height 226 cm, width 89 cm, depth 114 cm.
