We would like to introduce an example of direct engraving processing of hardened steel made by the machining machine "CEGA-542 (Roku-Roku)" with a performance of max 30,000 min-1. After uniformly machining the flat surface with a CBN ball end mill, it is finished at depths of 0.003 mm for the upper section, 0.006 mm for the middle section, and 0.009 mm for the lower section, with a pitch of 0.003 mm.
