We would like to introduce an example of direct engraving processing of hardened steel made by the machining machine "CEGA-542 (Roku-Roku)" with a performance of max 30,000 min-1. After uniformly machining the flat surface with a CBN ball end mill, it is finished at depths of 0.003 mm for the upper section, 0.006 mm for the middle section, and 0.009 mm for the lower section, with a pitch of 0.003 mm. The screw shape is a fine direct engraving that connects to the outer frame with two Φ0.3mm bridges on the end face. We would like to introduce an example of 5-axis machining produced by the machining machine "μV1-5X(MHI)" with a performance of max 40,000 min-1. For three of the five machined surfaces, the Z values in the direct direction of each surface were adjusted by 5μ each, and all machining methods were performed using indexing machining. The repeatability of the indexing machining is within 2μ. The tool difference due to tool changes is within 2μ.
