Introducing examples of processing SUS303!
We would like to introduce an example of 5-axis machining produced by the machining machine "μV1-5X(MHI)" with a performance of max 40,000 min-1. For three of the five machined surfaces, the Z values in the direct direction of each surface were adjusted by 5μ each, and all machining methods were performed using indexing machining. The repeatability of the indexing machining is within 2μ. The tool difference due to tool changes is within 2μ.
