■High-Quality Storage Space: For the first time in Japan, the distribution performance within the chamber under load conditions complies with the ICH Q1A guidelines. ■Digitalization of Control Sensors: By digitalizing control sensors, one of the most critical components, we have eliminated the noise effects caused by analog communication and simultaneously optimized the on-site calibration work during qualification. ■Expansion of Usable Space: Compared to conventional models, the usable space has been expanded by approximately 1.7 times, while achieving a maximum reduction in power consumption of 61.4%.
