When a label is attached to a plastic molded product, gas can be generated from the plastic over time, causing gas to accumulate between the label and the plastic molded product, which may lead to the label lifting, swelling, or peeling. This phenomenon is particularly likely to occur when labels are applied to resins such as polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS), and ABS, which are prone to heat. This outgassing countermeasure (anti-blister) label features an adhesive structure designed to allow gases generated from the plastic to escape easily. It is ideal for labels applied to plastic housings (molded products) of electronic components, electronic devices, and industrial equipment. It is also well-suited for large labels that are difficult to apply.

There are two types of labels: white PET adhesive labels and aluminum vapor-deposited PET labels (silver). We can also provide labels with release paper suitable for additional printing and automatic application, as well as those with a glassine separator specification.
